A confidential company in Doha is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and coordinate all aspects of digital presence, executing digital marketing strategy. The role requires advanced Google certifications, 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, and strong data analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with team members to align market information data to drive insights and improvement in all aspects of the online/app/web experience
- Optimize content on the websites through SEO on site best practices and Google’s accessibility guidelines
- Provide support to all online marketing strategies, prioritizing projects and recommending tactics to maximize online traffic
- Build good working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders and teams to ensure successful digital presence
- Identify new opportunities beyond current organizational thinking and encourage strategic partners to embrace digitalization
- Work closely with stakeholders (F&B and R&M) to align on improving brand awareness and delivering a seamless customer digital experience
- Regularly update and review company’s webpages and websites
- Advise on optimal Google ad designs and content and optimize adverts conversions and revenue
- Design, develop and optimize Google ads setting, i.e. goals, audience lists etc.
- Ensure effective GA and Google ad integration
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments, A/B testing and digital conversion tests on multiple variants
Requirements
- Degree in IT related or digital marketing field
- Advanced Google certifications (Google Analytics Individual Certification, Google Ads Search Certification, Google Digital Marketing Certification) with good knowledge of GA4
- 4 5 years of digital marketing experience
- Technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, HTML/CSS and ability to edit HTML/CSS code
- Strong data analytical skills
- Strong experience with Google suites
- Strong knowledge of web design
- Experience with analytics software including Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices
- Fluency in English essential (Arabic an advantage)
- Excellent business acumen and willingness to be hands on
- Excellent customer service skills and orientation
