Job Overview

  • The Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee, develop, and coordinate all aspects of company’s digital presence, executing the organizations’ digital marketing strategy.
  • The role involves managing all company entities digital marketing, developing content, expanding exposure, and building a solid digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team members to align market information data to drive insights and improvement in all aspects of the online/app/web experience.
  • Optimize content on the websites through SEO on site best practices and Google’s accessibility guidelines.
  • Provide support to all online marketing strategies, prioritizing projects and recommending tactics and actions to maximize online traffic, varying target audiences.
  • Build good working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders and teams to ensure successful and strong digital presence.
  • Identify new opportunity beyond current organizational thinking, encourage and assist strategic partners to embrace digitalization.
  • Work closely with the stakeholders (F&B and R&M) to align on continuously improving brand awareness and delivering a seamless customer digital experience.
  • Work closely with the stakeholders (F&B and R&M) to best exploit upcoming current tools and platforms.
  • Regularly update and review company’s webpages and websites.
  • Advice on optimal Google ad designs and content and optimize adverts conversions and revenue.
  • Design, develop and optimize Google ads setting, i.e. goals, audience lists etc.
  • Ensure effective GA and Google ad integration.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Qualifications

  • Degree in IT related or digital marketing field.
  • Must have advanced Google certifications (Google Analytics Individual Certification, Google Ads Search Certification, Google Digital Marketing Certification) with good knowledge of GA4.
  • 4 5 years experienced in digital marketing experience.
  • Technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel HTML/CSS and ability to edit HTML/CSS code.

Key Attributes

  • Strong data analytical skills.
  • Strong experience with Google suites.
  • Strong knowledge of web design.
  • Experience with analytics software including Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Fluency in English essential (Arabic an advantage).
  • Excellent business acumen and willingness to be hands on.
  • Excellent customer service skills and orientation.
