• Manage and optimize ads using **Meta Business Suite** (Facebook & Instagram).
• Track and report performance using **Google Analytics**.
• Use **AI tools** to create content, optimize ads, and automate marketing tasks.
• Design marketing materials using **Photoshop**, **Canva**, or other graphic applications.
• Create simple prototypes or landing page mockups using **Figma**.
• Build and maintain marketing pages on **WordPress** using **HTML/CSS** as needed.
• Create SEO-friendly content: blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Run Google/Facebook ad campaigns to **generate new leads**.

Lead Generation & Sales (60%)

• **Actively create new leads** through outbound efforts: cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
• Respond to inbound leads promptly (calls, emails, website forms).
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs for:
• Web Development
• Accounting Software
• CRM Solutions
• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and follow-ups.
• **Close deals and get new customers** for Mobinweb.
• Maintain sales activity records in a CRM.
• **Meet monthly targets** for:
• Number of new leads created
• Number of new customers acquired
• Revenue generated

Who You Are

• **3–5 years of experience** in digital marketing and sales (agency or software company experience is a plus).
• **Expert-level proficiency** in:

• Meta Business Suite

• Google Analytics
• AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar)
• Photoshop or other graphic applications
• Figma
• WordPress

• HTML & CSS

• Proven ability to **create new leads** and **get new customers**.
• **Excellent communicator** in English .
• Comfortable with **cold outreach** (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and handling sales conversations.
• Organized, proactive, persistent, and target-driven.

Nice-To-Haves

• Experience with CRM tools .
