Mobinweb seeks a hybrid Client Success & Digital Marketing Specialist to bridge marketing and client support. You will execute digital campaigns, generate B2B leads, and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads) for software/web products
- Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing (case studies, whitepapers, blog posts)
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in need of software/web solutions
- Conduct product demos and consultative sales calls
- Serve as main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring support and satisfaction
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Perform administrative duties: manage CRM, handle client inquiries, maintain client records
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance (ROI, CAC, conversion rates)
- Maintain CRM, forecast sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in the software/web products industry (min 2 3 years)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, analytics, social media ads) and sales (closing, negotiation, pipeline management)
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Self starter, target driven, comfortable in a hybrid role
- Must be able to work in person at Dubai office, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Bachelor's degree (Required)

Job Overview
- We are seeking a Client Success & Digital Marketing Specialist—a hybrid role combining creative marketing and client support.
- You will attract new leads through smart marketing and ensure existing clients are happy and supported.
- This role is based in person at our Dubai office, working from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads) for software/web products.
- Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing (case studies, whitepapers, blog posts).
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in need of software/web solutions.
- Conduct product demos (Zoom/on site in Dubai) and consultative sales calls.
- Client Success & Admin: Serve as main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring support and satisfaction.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Requirements (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in the software/web products industry (min 2 3 years).
- Strong understanding of both digital marketing (SEO, PPC, analytics, social media ads) and sales (closing, negotiation, pipeline management).
- Excellent English communication & presentation skills.
- Self starter, target driven, and comfortable working in a hybrid role.
- Must be able to work in person at our Dubai office, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Preferred (Nice to have)
- Experience selling ERP, CRM, SaaS, custom web development, or software licensing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Bitrix24, QBM, HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) and marketing automation.
- UAE driving license preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
