Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated
Digital Marketing Manager
join our ever-growing team.
The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams across the business to build and execute strong digital marketing strategies across a variety of channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing multiple brands across the UK, Amsterdam, USA and Dubai, all operating under the same holding group.
You will play a key part in increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns to optimise performance and overall success
Paid Media & Advertising (Google & Meta)
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital ad campaigns via Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
- Manage daily advertising budgets and execute rigorous A/B testing on ad copy, audiences, and landing page creatives.
Shopify Advertising & Growth
- Develop and manage
Shopify
- ad campaigns (Shop Ads, App Store ads, and marketplace placements) to build brand awareness, drive targeted traffic, and boost store subscriptions.

E-Commerce Strategy & Analytics
- Drive online sales optimization by tracking the end-to-end conversion funnel.
