The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha.
The role supports the group’s brands and business units through digital marketing campaigns and online customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across search, social media, email, and display channels.
- Develop digital marketing strategies for the group’s brands and business units.
- Manage content calendars.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Oversee website and social media updates.
- Manage digital advertising budgets.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends.
- Recommend new tools and approaches to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in digital marketing strategy, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
- Experience with social media management, digital content creation, and online brand positioning.
- Ability to manage digital advertising budgets, analyze data, and present clear performance reports to stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a marketing or digital-focused role, ideally within diversified or multi-brand organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams in Doha.
