Role Overview
Engage customers within assigned schools to implement Alef products and services.
Support student, teacher, school leadership, and school success through effective product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with school leadership teams and teachers.
- Train school leaders to use the platform, platform data, and features such as the Academy.
- Facilitate collection and analysis of student and teacher data to identify gaps and suggest solutions.
- Lead training and support systems that enable teacher product utilization and long-term adoption.
- Align product and service goals with teacher and school leader needs and expectations.
- Deliver coaching and support strategies for school leaders, teachers, and students.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on processes, tools, and standards documentation.
- Continuously improve knowledge and ability to enhance individual effectiveness and team achievements.
