- Drive platform adoption
- Lead onboarding and training of healthcare providers and clinic staff on the data platform
- Tailor communication strategies to address customer needs and ensure successful adoption
- Identify and support Omnipod patients transitioning to the platform
- Assess and resolve current workflow or reporting challenges through consultation and training
- Educate HCPs on platform features, updates, and best practices
- Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues, identifying root causes and delivering timely solutions
- Work closely with global development team to continuously improve the solution

Job Summary
- Job Title: Digital Health Platform Specialist
- Drive adoption and effective use of our data management platform to enhance patient care and improve clinical efficiency within healthcare settings.
- Work closely with healthcare providers (HCPs) and clinic staff to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Help strengthen the Omnipod ecosystem by promoting data driven decision making and better collaboration between patients and care teams.
