Oversee and enhance end-to-end digital experiences across all customer touchpoints, ensuring seamless journeys, high-quality service delivery, and alignment between business, technical, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise delivery of digital initiatives across websites, mobile apps, and integrated platforms
- Ensure consistency and optimization of customer journeys across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with product, technology, marketing, and operations teams to align on priorities and execution
- Monitor user behavior, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to UX/UI standards, design guidelines, and best practices
- Manage and prioritize product backlog in line with business objectives
- Lead usability testing and translate insights into actionable enhancements
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Identify risks and drive resolution of issues impacting digital experience
- Support execution of digital strategies to improve engagement and satisfaction
- Maintain governance, documentation, and compliance across initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital experience, product management, or UX roles
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
- Experience in Agile environments and product lifecycle management
- Proven stakeholder and cross-functional team management experience
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with digital platforms, mobile apps, or large ecosystems
- Fluent in English and Arabic
