About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee annual budget planning and cost management in line with strategic plan
- Set strategic financial goals and monitor implementation
- Plan cash flow to ensure fund availability
- Supervise all accounts and financial reporting systems, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
- Monitor implementation of financial policies and allocate resources per approved budget
- Manage banking/financial relationships
- Prepare annual expenditure reports and final accounts
- Verify invoices and approve payments
- Review non profit practices and ensure best audit practices
- Oversee donation receipt and monitoring
- Review project completion certificates and apply penalties if delayed
- Organize collection mechanisms and reconcile checks monthly
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in financial affairs or accounting
- Experience working with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- UAE Nationality required

Job Description
- الإشراف على تخطيط الميزانية السنوية و إدارة التكاليف بما يتماشى مع الخطة الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة
- وضع الأهداف والخطط الاستراتيجية للشؤون المالية بما يتناسب مع احتياجات المؤسسة ومتابعتها بشكل دوري وتنفيذ التغيرات حسب الحاجة
- التخطيط للتدفق النقدي لضمان توافر الأموال حسب الحاجة
- الإشراف على جميع الحسابات والدفاتر المالية ونظم إعداد التقارير المالية، وضمان الامتثال لمبادئ المحاسبة والمتطلبات التنظيمية ومتطلبات الدقيق المالي
- متابعة تنفيذ وتطبيق السياسات والأنظمة والإجراءات المالية المعتمدة وتخصيص الموارد المالية وفقاً للموازنة المعتمدة
- المتابعة و الاشراف على العلاقات المصرفية / المالية مع جميع الاطراف ذات الصلة
- متابعة ورفع تقارير المصروفات السنوية وإعداد الحساب الختامي للمؤسسة
- التحقق من جميع الفواتير والموافقة على المدفوعات اللازمة
- مراجعة قانون الدولة فيما يتعلق بالممارسات والعمليات الغير ربحية بشكل دوري وضمان تطبيق أفضل ممارسات المراجعة المالية الغير ربحية
- الإشراف على استلام ورصد التبرعات ومتابعة منافذ صرف التبرعات
- مراجعة شهادات الإنجاز لكافة المشاريع والتأكد من مصداقيتها قبل الصرف مع تطبيق الغرامات أو الجزاءات القانونية في حالة التأخير
- تنظيم آليات وإجراءات التحصيل وتسجيل الشيكات الآجلة والمرتجعة ومطابقتها شهرياً بالإضافة إلى متابعة إجراءات صرف شيكات الإستحقاق والدفعات الخاصة بالموردين والمقاولين والموظفين
Qualifications
- ماجستير / بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو ما يعادلها
- خبرة لا تقل عن أربع سنوات في الشؤون المالية أو المحاسبة
- خبرة في العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات والثقافات
