About the Position
Persistent Systems is seeking an Infrastructure-as-Code Developer with strong expertise in Terraform, Go, Ansible, GitHub Actions, and cloud automation.
The role designs, builds, and maintains scalable infrastructure platforms while combining software engineering with cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
The listed role is DevOps/Platform Engineer, with 9+ years of experience required and locations in Hyderabad or Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Terraform Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
- Build infrastructure automation tools and services using Go.
- Implement configuration management and provisioning workflows with Ansible.
- Develop and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate cloud provisioning, upgrades, scaling, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Integrate infrastructure platforms with enterprise systems through APIs and automation frameworks.
- Manage secure secrets and credentials using HashiCorp Vault.
- Develop workflow orchestration and automation solutions using Temporal or similar tools.
- Establish governance, compliance controls, and drift remediation practices.
- Create reusable self-service infrastructure solutions for developers and platform teams.
