We are seeking a DevOps Manager / DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines. The role bridges software engineering and IT operations, automating infrastructure and improving system performance.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate software build, testing, deployment, and release processes
- Manage cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, virtual machines, and infrastructure as code solutions
- Monitor application performance, system health, and infrastructure availability using monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- Perform incident response, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and performance tuning
- Manage configuration management, environment provisioning, security automation, backup and disaster recovery strategies
- Support software development teams by optimizing development environments and automating operational workflows
- Integrate security practices throughout the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps)
- Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, IT operations, cybersecurity specialists, product managers, and business stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership, mentor DevOps team members, manage project priorities, and drive adoption of DevOps culture and Agile methodologies

Role Description
- The DevOps Manager / DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the organization's DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and continuous delivery pipelines to support secure, scalable, and reliable software development and operations.
- This role bridges software engineering and IT operations by automating infrastructure, streamlining deployment processes, and improving system performance, availability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate software build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, virtual machines, and infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficient resource utilization.
- Monitor application performance, system health, and infrastructure availability using monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Perform incident response, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and performance tuning while implementing preventive measures that enhance system resilience and minimize downtime.
- Manage configuration management, environment provisioning, security automation, backup and disaster recovery strategies, and compliance with organizational security standards.
- Support software development teams by optimizing development environments, automating operational workflows, and integrating security practices throughout the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, QA teams, IT operations, cybersecurity specialists, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable software releases and continuously improve engineering practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor DevOps team members, manage project priorities, and drive the adoption of DevOps culture, Agile methodologies, and operational best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, cloud computing, Linux and Windows system administration, networking, virtualization, containerization, infrastructure as code (IaC), and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, CI/CD tools, container orchestration technologies, configuration management tools, version control systems, scripting languages, monitoring platforms, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, serverless computing, and DevSecOps practices is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, cloud security, infrastructure automation, disaster recovery, high availability, performance optimization, and incident management.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, attention to detail, continuous learning mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
