Assessment and Roadmap

• Conduct current-state analysis of tools, practices, and security posture using standards such as DORA metrics.
• Identify operational gaps, user pain points, and security vulnerabilities.
• Prepare maturity assessment reports and a phased DevSecOps implementation roadmap.

Framework and Governance

• Design and implement a DevSecOps framework with policies, standards, governance models, and defined roles.
• Develop an application security service catalog and integrate shift-left security practices into pipelines.
• Establish release governance policies and prepare compliance reports.

Transformation and Capability Building

• Lead cultural change toward collaboration, automation, and shared responsibility between development and operations teams.
• Coach and mentor the client team to support knowledge transfer and sustainable improvement.
• Develop and deliver training and awareness materials for different roles.

Technical Automation

• Oversee secure CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps for automated builds, testing, and database procedures.
• Implement Vault for secrets management, access control, secret rotation, and data protection.
• Lead infrastructure automation using Terraform or Azure Resource Manager.

Requirements

• Assess current DevOps maturity, tools, practices, and security posture using industry standards such as DORA metrics.
• Design a target operating model and DevSecOps framework covering policies, standards, governance, roles, and responsibilities.
• Integrate security practices into delivery pipelines and establish release governance and compliance reporting.
• Lead secure CI/CD automation on Azure DevOps.
• Implement secrets management using Vault and infrastructure automation using Terraform or Azure Resource Manager.
• Coach client teams and develop training and awareness materials to support sustainable capability building.
