Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Google Cloud architectures for enterprise and cloud-native workloads.
• Lead workload migrations and define rehost, replatform, refactor, rebuild, and replace strategies.
• Define DevOps, platform engineering, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and release management architectures.
• Design cloud landing zones aligned with security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Lead migration assessments, dependency mapping, and migration wave planning.
• Use Terraform or similar tools to implement Infrastructure as Code.
• Ensure monitoring, logging, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Provide architecture guidance, support pre-sales workshops, and develop technical proposals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, or cloud consulting.
• Strong Google Cloud Platform solution-design experience and enterprise migration experience.
• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Strong understanding of compute, storage, networking, identity management, VPCs, hybrid connectivity, and security controls.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting architecture solutions to technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of disaster recovery, cloud services, replication methodologies, and core infrastructure services such as AD, DNS, DHCP, and ADFS.
• Experience with discovery and dependency-mapping tools, FinOps, agile development, DevSecOps, databases, observability, and application modernization.
• AWS or Azure architecture certifications and client-facing consulting experience are preferred.
• Knowledge of NCA, SAMA, ISO 27001, and other compliance frameworks is preferred.
