Role Overview
- The DevOps Engineer will support the implementation and administration of DevOps practices within Company.
- This individual will be DevOps Subject Matter Expert and provide hands on support and guidance to multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain DevOps processes and tools across the organization.
- Support the development and maintenance of a DevOps roadmap, aligning it with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams to streamline and automate workflows.
- DevOps platform administration and support.
- Implement DevOps best practices, standards, and guidelines.
- Integrate security best practices throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
- Support the use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Oversee Software Composition Analysis (SCA) and Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) practice.
- Assist in establishing governance processes and frameworks for compliance and risk management.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams in implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 10 15 years of experience in DevOps or related field.
