Position Description:

Your future duties and responsibilities:
- - Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade workstations. - Quickly resolve technical issues to ensure operational continuity. - Provide exemplary support to end users. - Prepare and image workstations for new deployments.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT support technician. - Proficiency with Windows 10 and MacOS. - Knowledge of Office 365 suites.- - Experience with iPad and iPhone devices. - Understanding of basic networking principles. - Ability to configure, install, and support Windows and MacOS workstations. - Troubleshooting experience with IT equipment (printers, servers, networks, mobile devices, conference room equipment). - Ability to resolve most incidents independently, escalating when necessary. - Support and maintenance of office applications. - Experience working with a ticketing system (ServiceNow is an asset). - Strong incident tracking and follow‑up to ensure timely resolution. - Collaboration with internal and external support teams. - Ability to create and update clear technical documentation. - Experience providing corporate desktop support. - Experience with Microsoft Intune (device management and deployment). Education - Post‑secondary studies in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. - CompTIA A+ certification (an asset). Languages - Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written. CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50 000–$85 000. This role is a future opportunity.
