- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users, ensuring quick resolution of hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including VPN setups, to maintain user productivity in a remote and on-site environment.
- Conduct regular system updates and patches to protect against security vulnerabilities and enhance system performance.
- Perform routine backups and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and availability for critical business operations.
- Actively participate in IT projects, providing input on desktop support best practices and user experience improvements.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate records for budgeting and compliance purposes.
