Position Overview
The role develops engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences across digital and classroom environments.
The role combines instructional design expertise, learning theory, content development, and modern learning technologies.
Learning solutions are intended to support employee development and measurable learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end learning experiences based on business objectives and learner needs.
- Conduct needs assessments and identify knowledge, skill, and performance gaps.
- Create course outlines, lesson plans, learning pathways, facilitator guides, and learner materials.
- Develop e-learning modules, interactive activities, assessments, simulations, and digital learning content.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and convert complex information into clear learning materials.
- Review content, design assessments, evaluate learning results, and use feedback to improve courses.
- Manage multiple learning-design projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
