Responsibilities
- Manage multidisciplinary design development from concept through IFC.
- Coordinate CSA, MEP, ICT, fire protection, security, and other technical disciplines.
- Lead design coordination meetings and track resulting actions.
- Review design packages for compliance, completeness, coordination, and constructability.
- Resolve design clashes, interface gaps, technical risks, and inconsistencies.
- Manage RFIs, design comments, submittals, clarifications, and outstanding actions.
- Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
- Support BIM coordination and clash detection and resolution.
- Monitor design deliverables against schedules and escalate delays or constraints.
- Manage design and field changes during construction.
- Support constructability reviews, value engineering, testing, commissioning, handover, and closeout.
- Ensure design deliverables comply with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
