About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support architectural concepts, design presentations, and design packages across hospitality, residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
• Create concept designs, mood boards, massing studies, space planning layouts, and presentation materials.
• Prepare drawings, diagrams, 3D models, renderings, and presentation packages.
• Coordinate with senior architects, project leads, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in design reviews, design charrettes, and client workshops.
• Research precedents, materials, regulatory requirements, and project-specific solutions.
• Support contract documents and design documentation to project schedules and quality standards.

Experience and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Four to seven years of relevant architectural design experience in a professional consultancy environment.
• Expertise in concept design, design development, and architectural presentation.
• Project exposure in hospitality, residential, mixed-use, commercial, or large-scale master planning.
• Understanding of architectural principles, spatial planning, materiality, building systems, and project coordination.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and visualization skills.
• GCC experience is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Revit for BIM modeling and documentation.
• Proficient AutoCAD 2D drafting.
• SketchUp and 3D MAX for conceptual modeling and visualization.
• AI knowledge for rapid pre-concept approaches.
• Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Microsoft Office.
