- Procure CAPEX and capital equipment, electrical items, spares, and OEM supplies
- Perform technical and commercial evaluation of vendor offers in line with specifications
- Analyze cost components (material, conversion, logistics, duties, lifecycle cost)
- Manage Annual Rate Contracts (ARC) and long term vendor agreements
- Handle global procurement/imports and strategic sourcing initiatives
- Lead inventory control, stores operations, and SCM compliance
- Drive procurement processes in SAP MM (PR–PO–GR–MIRO, vendor master, contracts)
- Lead and develop the procurement and stores team
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of cement plant equipment, electricals, spares, OEMs
- CAPEX procurement and project purchasing experience
- SAP MM/HANA hands on expertise
- Global Sourcing and vendor negotiation skills
- Inventory and SCM best practices knowledge
- Team leadership experience
