Deputy Manager-SAP MM Analyst

Reports to
SAP Service Centre Manager
Main purpose
The requirement calls for a self-motivated, experienced SAP MM Business Analyst to become part of the Global SAP Service Centre team to support our growing JCB business
Duties & responsibilities
- Duties Focus on the SAP Materials Management, Logistics and Warehousing solutions in place in JCB to:
- Resolve SAP queries through help desk tickets
- Support and training of SAP key users
- Drive continuous improvements through SAP (delivering changes, mini projects and enhancements)
- Work within the SAP project team, delivering testing, training and data migration
- Expand business use of SAP to the benefit of the JCB business
Skills & experience
- 5 -10 years SAP Support experience with an emphasis on Materials Management, Logistics, Warehousing and purchasing function
- Demonstrate a broad and detailed knowledge of End-to-End Business Processes for materials management and/or logistics in a manufacturing environment
- Have the ability to translate Business requirements into a deliverable SAP solution.
- Be able to complete Business Process and functional development projects to a high standard including writing functional specifications, testing developments, delivering training and go-live support.
- Be involved in Business Process developments (incl. mapping, fit-gap analysis).
- Be customer focused and build Client relationships
- Have excellent analytical skills
- Have experience of a multinational Business and System Landscape
- Work well in a cross functional team environment
- Have good communication skills
- Be flexible in your approach
- Be committed to providing an outstanding service to the JCB business
