Develop plan to enhance engagement through programmes designed to foster collaboration and create a positive workplace environment.

Develop and implement employee wellbeing strategies with focus on physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing of the employees.

Strategies and design interventions for the overall upliftment of employee engagement and holistic well-being.

Understand the organisation culture and anchor the DEI initiatives across JCB.

Develop data centric HR organisation with focus on key HR metrics.

Bring-in a culture that promotes quantification / measurement of process parameter and outcome.

Act as a SPOC / Anchor for the JCB vide POSH implementation & compliance.

Anchor AIML in HR processes for better outcomes.

Custodian of all people related policies & processes in JCB.

Conducts impact assessment and implementation of government driven new initiatives impacting labour & employment aspect of JCB.
