Qualification : Diploma
Experience : 4 to 6 years of industry experience
Industry : Preferably from Construction Equipment / Heavy Earth moving / Automobile / Auto components
Reporting to : SM - Operations
Key Competencies : Leadership Skill, Problem Solving approach
Compensation : Commensurate with qualification and experience
Experience in handling production preferred
Experience in Automotive Industry or Construction industry – Shop floor daily management, Fabrication, Welding, Continuous improvement and problem solving techniques
