- Monitor and track interfaces between railway systems, civil works, and external projects.
- Review and validate contractor interface deliverables, including plans, matrices, registers, drawings, and technical reports.
- Identify and address interface related issues with contractors and provide guidance on solutions.
- Assess contractor interface management performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Facilitate coordination between Metro Design Build packages and surrounding projects.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, third parties, and project management organizations.
- Collaborate with Lead Civil, Lead Systems, Lead Depot, and Lead O&M teams to resolve interface challenges.
- Ensure consistency and alignment between railway subsystems, civil works, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Engage with contractor interface managers to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Prepare interface reports, action trackers, and status updates for project management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of experience, including significant experience in Project Systems Interface Management
- Strong technical expertise in design and construction of complex railway systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience analyzing and managing system interfaces on major rail or transportation projects
- Strong coordination, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Previous Middle East project experience (desired)
- Arabic language skills (desired)
- Experience on large scale metro, railway, or transportation infrastructure projects (desired)

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Deputy Interface Manager (Technical) (Saudi National) to join the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor and manage project design interfaces to ensure effective coordination across all project disciplines and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track interfaces between railway systems, civil works, and external projects to support seamless project integration.
- Review and validate contractor interface deliverables, including interface management plans, matrices, registers, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Identify and address interface related issues with contractors and provide guidance on the most effective solutions for project delivery.
- Assess contractor interface management performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Facilitate coordination between Metro Design Build packages and surrounding projects to ensure alignment of design and construction activities.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, third parties, and project management organizations as required to support interface management objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Lead Civil, Lead Systems, Lead Depot, and Lead Operations & Maintenance teams to resolve interface challenges.
- Ensure consistency and alignment between railway subsystems, civil works, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Engage with contractor interface managers to monitor interface progress, resolve issues, and support project delivery requirements.
- Prepare interface reports, action trackers, and status updates for project management and stakeholders.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong technical expertise in the design and construction of complex railway systems.
- Extensive knowledge of modern railway systems and their interfaces, including signaling and other rail subsystems.
- Experience analyzing and managing system interfaces, preferably on major rail or transportation projects.
- Strong understanding of railway project design and construction management, including stakeholder and interface coordination.
- Minimum 12 years of experience, including significant experience in Project Systems Interface Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary and multinational project teams.
- Strong coordination, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
