Operations Manager – PP Woven Bags Factory
- We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee all factory operations, including production (extrusion & printing), maintenance, and quality, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments
- Manage the full production cycle from extrusion to finished product
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet targets
- Coordinate between production, maintenance, and quality teams
- Lead teams and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime
- Performing the duties of the factory manager during his leave
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in woven bags or plastic manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of PP woven bag production processes
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
