About the Role

The Deployment Strategist Lead will open a new UAE market, build a team, win initial strategic customers, and ensure the product creates measurable customer impact.

The role operates like a co-founder within a 0-to-1 startup effort and partners closely with an experienced sales leader.

Core Responsibilities

  • Meet strategic customers to understand audio and voice AI needs and identify critical pain points.
  • Build and lead a regional forward-deployed engineering team.
  • Identify use cases and implement voice and audio AI solutions with engineers.
  • Design bespoke integrations and advise customers on model implementation best practices.
  • Present results and proposals to technical and C-suite audiences.
  • Partner with Research and Product teams to apply field insights to products and AI models.
  • Deliver demos, expand applications into new industries, and own major strategic projects end to end.
  • Work daily with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure effective technology implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven C-suite and VP-level stakeholder engagement and influence.
  • Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
  • Basic Python proficiency and understanding of API integration for prototypes and demos.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical concept summarization skills.
  • Technical aptitude with voice and audio AI models and applications.
  • Strategic and commercial awareness, including deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic and deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances.

Nice to Have

  • Experience developing partner ecosystems with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners.

Location and Travel

  • The role is remote-first and can be performed from anywhere in the UAE, with a preference for Dubai.
  • Regular travel to customer on-site locations is expected.
