Deployment Strategist Lead - Middle East

About the role

What you will do

• Engage strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and pain points.
• Build and lead a regional forward-deployed engineering team.
• Identify use cases and implement voice and audio AI solutions with engineers.
• Design bespoke integrations and advise customers on effective model implementation.
• Present results and proposals to technical and executive audiences.
• Partner with Research and Product to apply field insights to products and AI models.
• Create customer demos, explore new industries, and expand solutions globally.
• Own major partner projects end to end and coordinate implementation with customer teams.

Requirements

• Experience influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
• Basic Python proficiency and API integration knowledge for prototyping and demos.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical summarization skills.
• Technical aptitude for understanding voice and audio AI models.
• Ability to connect technical strategy with business objectives, deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact.
• English and Arabic fluency with deep regional and cultural understanding.

Nice to have

• Experience developing relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners.

Location and work pattern

• The role is remote-first and can be performed from Saudi Arabia or the UAE.
• Regular travel to customer onsite locations is expected.
