Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with customers through active presence on the shop floor
- Guide sales operations and ensure customer service and selling ceremony comply with company guidelines
- Collaborate with management to set goals based on KPIs and promote achievement of assigned targets
- Support the store in organizing events and trunk shows to introduce new customers and increase loyalty
- Ensure high standards through correct implementation of Visual Guidelines
- Manage and motivate the team in daily activities and provide continuous feedback
- Cooperate with stock department and support during inventories
- Use main IT applications and systems, including Xstore and Salesforce CRM
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years in Retail
- At least 2 years gained in managerial roles in a luxury Retail brand
- Solid understanding of the product and deep knowledge of the fashion industry and luxury sector
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High flexibility and people management skills
- Fluency in French and English is required

Profile
- The role of the Brunello Cucinelli Department Manager is fundamental in providing support to the Store. Requirements include helping run the Boutique, being a guide to the in store team and acting as a reference point for customers.
Role responsibilities
- Cultivating a relationship with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor
- Communicating clearly, correctly and courteously in their mother tongue and other foreign languages
- Guiding sales operations and ensuring customer service and selling ceremony are compliant with company guidelines
- Collaborating with Management to set goals that are specific, actionable, and based on established KPIs
- Supporting the Store in the organization of events and trunk shows
- Ensuring high standards through correct implementation of Visual Guidelines
- Enriching presence in the Boutique through careful interpretation of the Brunello Cucinelli style
- Guiding the team in maximizing sales and performance and reporting missed opportunities
- Managing and motivating the team in carrying out daily activities
- Safeguarding and promoting respect and collaboration between colleagues
- Cooperating with the stock department, providing support during inventories
- Ensuring retail operations procedures and HQ guidelines are respected
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years in Retail
- At least 2 years gained in managerial roles in a luxury Retail brand
- Solid understanding of the product and deep knowledge of the fashion industry and luxury sector
- Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- High flexibility, people management skills and ability to lead the team in a fast paced environment
- Fluency in French and English is required; knowledge of another language is a plus
