Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with customers through active presence on the shop floor and provide a unique service and shopping experience
- Guide sales operations and ensure customer service and selling ceremony comply with company guidelines
- Collaborate with Store Manager to set goals based on KPIs and promote achievement of assigned targets
- Support Store Manager in organizing events and trunk shows to introduce new customers and increase loyalty
- Ensure high standards through correct implementation of Visual Guidelines and coordinate team in visual displays
- Guide team in maximizing sales and performance, reporting missed opportunities to management
- Manage and motivate team in daily activities, providing continuous feedback
- Cooperate with stock department and provide support during inventories
- Ensure retail operations procedures and HQ guidelines are respected
- Use main IT applications and systems, including Xstore and Salesforce CRM
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Retail
- At least 2 years in managerial roles in a luxury Retail brand
- Solid understanding of the product and deep knowledge of the fashion industry and luxury sector
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High flexibility and people management skills
- Fluency in French and English

Profile
- The role of the Brunello Cucinelli Assistant Store Manager is fundamental in providing support to the Store Manager. Requirements include helping run the Boutique, being a guide to the in store team and acting as a reference point for customers.
Role responsibilities
- Cultivating a relationship with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy.
- Communicating clearly, correctly and courteously in their mother tongue and other foreign languages with both clients and colleagues.
- Guiding sales operations and ensuring that both customer service and the selling ceremony are compliant with company guidelines.
- Collaborates with Store Manager to set goals that are specific, actionable, and based on established KPI's.
- Supporting the Store Manager in the organization of events and trunk shows.
- Ensuring that high standards are maintained through a correct implementation of the Visual Guidelines.
- Enriching its presence in the Boutique through a careful interpretation of the Brunello Cucinelli style.
- Guiding the team in maximizing sales and performance and reporting any missed opportunities to management.
- Managing and motivating the team in carrying out daily activities within the Boutique.
- Safeguarding and promoting respect and collaboration between colleagues.
- Cooperating with the stock department, providing support when required, especially during inventories.
- Ensuring that the retail operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ are respected.
Qualifications
- For the role of Assistant Store Manager, we are looking for a candidate with an experience of minimum 8 years in Retail and with at least 2 years gained in managerial roles in a luxury Retail brand.
- The ideal profile has a solid understanding of the product and a deep knowledge of the fashion industry and luxury sector.
- Applicants must have excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
- High flexibility, people management skills and the ability to lead the team in a fast paced environment are considered fundamental.
- Fluency in French and English is required; the knowledge of another language will be considered a plus.
