We are seeking a qualified Dental Laboratory Technician to produce, finish, and quality‑check clear aligners and related orthodontic appliances for our Invisalign centre.
The successful candidate will work with digital files and laboratory equipment to deliver accurate, high‑quality appliances in accordance with clinician prescriptions and clinic procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and finish clear aligners from digital STL files and physical models.
- Operate and maintain 3D printers, scanners, thermoforming machines, and finishing tools.
- Perform quality control checks and document production status.
- Prepare, label, package, and track cases through production stages.
- Maintain lab cleanliness, follow infection‑control protocols, and manage consumables inventory.
- Liaise with clinicians on fit issues and production timelines.
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Dental Laboratory Technology or equivalent; relevant vocational training acceptable.
- Must hold a valid DHA license or DHA eligibility certificate.
- Previous experience with clear‑aligner production, orthodontic appliances, or dental laboratory work preferred.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM workflows and STL files.
- Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- UAE licensure (DHA/MOH/DOH) or eligibility preferred where applicable.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
