Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Turkish dishes according to recipes and hotel standards
- Assist the CDP in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items in accordance with hygiene standards
- Support in minimizing food wastage and maintaining cost control
- Follow all health, safety, and HACCP procedures
- Coordinate effectively with other kitchen and service team members
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in Turkish cuisine within hotels or restaurants is essential
- Good knowledge of authentic Turkish cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles
- Fluent English communication skills
- Turkish language skills highly preferred
- Culinary certification or relevant hospitality qualification is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Description
- Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie with Turkish cuisine expertise for their Dubai property.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Turkish dishes according to recipes and hotel standards.
