Role Overview
The BTM EMEA Demand Management PMO coordinates regional execution of the Regional BTM Demand Plan.
The role supports demand initiatives across sales, marketing, digital hub sales development, partners, customer success, and services sources across market units.
The position reports to the BTM EMEA Demand Manager.
Pipeline Health and Governance
- Track and monitor new pipeline creation by sales motions and demand sources.
- Ensure sufficient pipeline coverage to support sales quota achievement.
- Analyze pipeline movements and identify quality risks early.
- Assist the Regional Demand Manager with monthly demand reviews and strategic presentations.
Demand Planning and Execution
- Act as guardian of demand program and corrective-action execution in market units.
- Capture actions, follow up on execution, and flag risks early.
- Conduct ad hoc research and analytical reviews to support new demand programs.
Alignment and Improvement
- Ensure execution of global, regional, and local demand programs.
- Share and promote best practices across the organization.
- Support market units in adopting demand tools to manage and improve pipeline performance.
- Align with local Demand Managers and market-unit PMOs to identify growth opportunities and improve demand processes.
Qualifications
- Ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills and ability to convey clear messages, vision, and guidance.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Experience with program planning or evaluating business development opportunities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
- Advanced analytical skills and Excel proficiency; Power BI is a plus.
- Knowledge of the SAP portfolio and ecosystem, and understanding of Cloud, SaaS, and PaaS models, are pluses.
- Fluency in English is required.
