About the Role

Responsibilities
- Analyze operation processes of each delivery segment and formulate standardized operational norms
- Optimize route planning and resource scheduling to enhance delivery efficiency and punctuality
- Coordinate carriers and self operated fleet resources, formulate dispatch plans, and monitor fleet usage
- Engage in resource bidding, introduction, and replacement to ensure fleet reserve during peak seasons
- Real time monitor delivery timeliness, on time delivery rate, damage rate, and establish risk warning mechanism
- Promptly handle order anomalies, customer complaints, and emergency situations
- Establish carrier evaluation system, conduct regular inspections and assessments
- Organize business training to convey operational norms and safety standards
- Analyze delivery data, identify efficiency and cost improvement points, and output analysis reports
- Collaborate with business, technology, customer service and other departments to solve operational issues
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in logistics operations, last mile delivery, or supply chain management
- E commerce or Express delivery experience highly preferred
- Strong understanding of logistics KPI tracking, route optimization tools, and carrier management frameworks
- Proven ability to manage large scale vendor networks and handle high pressure peak seasons
- Excellent problem solving abilities and data analytical skills
- Strong track record of cross functional team leadership

Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization and Standard Implementation: Analyze operation processes, formulate standardized norms, optimize route planning and resource scheduling.
- Fleet Management and Resource Coordination: Coordinate carriers and self operated fleet, formulate dispatch plans, monitor fleet usage, engage in resource bidding.
- Indicator Monitoring and Exception Handling: Real time monitor delivery timeliness, on time delivery rate, damage rate, handle order anomalies and customer complaints.
- Carrier Management & Training: Establish carrier evaluation system, conduct inspections, organize business training.
- Data Driven & Cross Department Collaboration: Analyze delivery data, output analysis reports, collaborate with departments to solve operational issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3–5+ years in logistics operations, last mile delivery, or supply chain management (E commerce or Express delivery experience highly preferred).
- Skills: Strong understanding of logistics KPI tracking, route optimization tools, and carrier management frameworks.
- Capabilities: Proven ability to manage large scale vendor networks and handle high pressure peak seasons.
- Attributes: Excellent problem solving abilities, data analytical skills, and strong cross functional team leadership.
