About the Role
Delivery Manager responsible for technical change delivery for a leading Saudi banking client.
The scope includes emergency fixes, production fixes, patches, upgrades, and infrastructure, network, and security changes.
This is an operational, production-facing role requiring change governance and SLA discipline in a live banking environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and govern end-to-end delivery of technical changes.
- Coordinate production releases, emergency fixes, and urgent incidents.
- Manage change governance, release readiness, and implementation controls.
- Ensure SLA adherence and production stability.
- Coordinate with Change Management, Production Support, Infrastructure, Application Support, Security, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in technical change or release delivery within a production banking or large enterprise environment.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong operational delivery and production environment experience.
