The position leads HR operations, transformation, service delivery, client relationships, and complex global teams.
Qualifications
- Any graduation qualification is required.
- The role requires 18 to 28 years of experience.
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute Talent and HR Operations strategy aligned with business and client priorities.
- Lead large-scale HR transformation and operational-excellence initiatives.
- Drive innovation, automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement across HR processes.
- Partner with senior client executives and Accenture leadership to shape workforce strategies.
Service Delivery and Operations
- Oversee Hire-to-Retire, Talent Acquisition, Learning Administration, Workforce Administration, Payroll Interface, Employee Relations Support, and HR Shared Services.
- Ensure delivery excellence against SLA, KPI, quality, compliance, and customer-satisfaction targets.
- Manage complex global delivery models across multiple locations and teams.
