Decision Science Analyst

A degree in a STEM discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience in data and analytics.

Advanced Python coding skills and understanding of SQL.

Experience with additional programming languages is an asset.

Experience using experimental design principles such as A/B and multivariate testing and working with business stakeholders to formulate testable hypotheses.

An understanding of advanced analytics and data science methods, such as anomaly detection, forecasting, and supervised & unsupervised learning.

Working knowledge of cloud environments, such as Azure, GCP or AWS. Experience with big data tools such as Spark and Databricks is an asset.

A confident communicator, both verbally and written, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate a story with data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

A problem solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Effective in task management and delivering high-quality work.

Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
