Role overview
The Datacentre Technician provides installation, commissioning, maintenance, and first-line response for nodes deployed at customer and company facilities.
The role is part of the Field Engineering team and is based in Riyadh.
What you will do
- Rack, cable, power, and commission nodes at customer sites.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance, including coolant service, filter changes, and inspections.
- Respond to incidents by diagnosing faults, replacing components, escalating issues, and recording outcomes.
- Maintain accurate asset, firmware, and service records.
- Represent the company professionally in customer facilities.
What you need
- At least three years of experience in data centre operations or field hardware service.
- Comfort with rack work, structured cabling, power distribution, and safe working practices.
- Methodical fault-finding and clear written handover skills.
- Based in Riyadh and willing to travel.
Useful qualifications
- Experience with liquid-cooled or high-density deployments is useful but not required.
- Electrical or mechanical certification is useful but not required.
- Arabic language proficiency is useful but not required.
