- Partner with Product Owners and domain stakeholders to understand business challenges and recommend analytical approaches
- Support design and implementation of predictive and prescriptive analytics models
- Operate within an agile operating model, collaborating in cross functional squads
- Contribute to responsible application of Agentic AI by designing and maintaining knowledge bases for RAG
- Design, curate, and maintain high quality provider datasets
- Track, quantify, and communicate business value of deployed analytics and AI products
- Work with Data Engineering and Cloud Engineering teams on data ingestion and availability
- Collaborate with Data Governance and AI Governance teams to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Strong data science professional with deep technical expertise and business acumen
- Experience in delivering analytics or AI solutions in regulated environments
- Hands on experience with data privacy, data residency, and ethical AI standards

Job Objective
- We are seeking a data driven and analytically minded professional to join the Data Science and AI Engineering team within International Health, Cigna Healthcare.
