Role Overview
Data Operations Associate managing operational data related to frontline engineer performance, productivity, payouts, and business KPIs.
The role involves large datasets, reporting accuracy, payout validation, and actionable insights for operations teams.
The work model is WFO for five days, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, in Gurgaon.
The posting requests 2+ years of experience.
Data Operations and Reporting
- Manage and analyze data covering productivity, attendance, SLAs, and payouts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
- Ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and consistent across operations.
SQL and Data Management
- Write and optimize SQL queries for extraction, validation, and reporting.
- Work with large datasets from multiple systems and databases.
- Clean, reconcile, and validate data and proactively resolve discrepancies.
