Job Overview- We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Operations Associate to manage operational data related to front line engineer performance, productivity, payouts, and business KPIs. The role involves handling large datasets, maintaining reporting accuracy, validating payout data, and supporting operations teams with actionable insights.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL and Excel , along with hands-on experience in operational reporting and data management in fast-paced environments.

· Manage and analyze operational data related to front line engineers, productivity, attendance, SLAs, and payouts.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.

· Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting across operations.

· Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.

· Work with large datasets from multiple systems and databases.
