About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the migration for successful implementation of core banking transformation across geographies
- Act as primary interface between Technology and assigned business/function group and project implementation team
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Business, Finance, operations, external consultants and vendors
- Support design and validation of business/ops specific configurations within Oracle FLEXCUBE, Channels and surround systems
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and delays related to programme deliverables
- Represent Technology in the working group of the program and update program progress to Tech senior management
- Ensure Banks governance process is followed and documented
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the upgrade program including project plans, timelines, budgets, and technical specifications
Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in core banking transformation/data migration
- At least 5 years in system implementation
- Demonstrated experience in implementing core banking systems, particularly Oracle Flexcube
- Experience in requirements management, gap analysis and solutioning
- Postgraduate/Engineer degree
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Purpose
- Lead the Migration for the successful implementation of the core banking transformation across geographies.

- Drive the modernization efforts essential for enhancing customer experience and overall business agility.
Key Result Areas
- Act as the Technology team’s primary representative in the core banking upgrade system migration.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Business, Finance, operations, external consultants and vendors.
- Support design and validation of business/ops specific configurations within Oracle FLEXCUBE, Channels and surround systems.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and delays related to programme deliverables.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Postgraduate / Engineer.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Core banking transformation/ data migration with at least 5 years in system implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing core banking systems, particularly Oracle Flexcube.
- Experience in requirements management, Gap analysis and solutioning.
- Preferred to have experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE configurations of products and processes.
- Proven track record of successful system integrations and data migrations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in managing core banking transformation projects.
- Experience in implementing and supporting core banking systems.
