- Manage data processes to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of information throughout the organization
- Track data health and performance indicators to spot opportunities for enhancement
- Ensure adherence to data privacy laws and security protocols
- Assist clients in developing comprehensive data strategies encompassing data architecture, quality assurance, and governance frameworks
- Ensure data compliance with both local and international regulations
- Establish overarching frameworks for execution of data programs, including identifying business requirements and tracking advancement
- Conduct assessments of data management compliance and produce reports on findings
- Create and uphold a data catalog along with data value realization plans, and oversee their execution
- Oversee development and implementation of plans related to business intelligence, analytics, reference and master data management, data architecture and modeling, document and content management, and data operations
- Design a template for the data catalog including a data dictionary and business glossary
- Create relevant templates for data value realization such as pricing model templates and charging model templates
- Review artifacts related to data architecture
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business or Information Technology
- Advanced knowledge in data management and governance products
- Ability to lead data management team
- Knowledge of alignment with strategic and operational standards
- Knowledge of relevant technical and national controls and standards
- Good communication and building relationships skills
- Ability to assess compliance and prepare required reports
- Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
