Job Summary
Data Entry and Document Controller responsible for accurate data entry, document management, and record keeping.
Maintain up-to-date records in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Organize, control, and archive documents using proper naming, version control, and retrieval practices.
- Maintain document registers, logs, and trackers for all files.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before filing or submission.
- Retrieve records and documents to support departments when needed.
- Follow document control procedures and maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Report missing, incorrect, or outdated information to supervisors for correction.
- Assist with administrative documentation and data management tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A diploma or certificate in administration, information management, or a related field is a plus.
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, document control, or administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Accurate typing skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
