NOTE: This is a fixed term contract until 30th April 2027.
This role sits within the Actuarial Systems team and is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and developing actuarial data systems that support liability and capital valuations, embedded value reporting, and business planning activities.
The role provides technical leadership and guidance to the Actuarial Systems team across the design, development, testing, and implementation of data systems and processes, primarily integrated with the Prophet Enterprise platform.
Working as part of TAL’s broader Actuarial Systems function, the position contributes to a portfolio of business initiatives, model enhancements, and strategic projects, including AASB 17 implementation and the integration of TAL and Asteron Life operations.
Development activities are predominantly undertaken using Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
