Role Overview
Lead enterprise-scale data engineering and analytics programs for Retail, CPG, and manufacturing clients.
Own delivery across managed services and fixed-price engagements while driving data-led business outcomes.
Serve as a trusted partner to senior clients across merchandising, supply chain, customer, and digital commerce domains.
Program Delivery and Governance
- Lead and govern large-scale Retail and CPG data engineering and analytics programs across multiple portfolios.
- Own scope, timelines, quality, risk, financials, and margins for end-to-end program delivery.
- Drive delivery excellence across managed services, fixed-price, and outcome-based engagement models.
- Establish governance, delivery KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
Leadership and Stakeholders
- Build, scale, and manage global delivery teams of more than 200 data engineers, architects, and delivery leaders.
- Act as the primary client-facing delivery leader for CXOs, Retail IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and stakeholder expectations across large programs.
- Mentor senior leaders and build high-performing, domain-focused delivery organizations.
