Job Purpose
Support the Account Manager by rapidly targeting, identifying, sourcing, screening, and presenting high-quality resumes for current and future client needs.
Support Business Development tender submissions with candidate resumes across required categories.
Conduct market mapping for new clients when required.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Source, screen, and select candidates from junior through managerial levels.
- Screen resumes and applications for availability, interest, salary range, and basic qualifications, and conduct technical screenings when requested.
- Provide candidates with job and company information and collect availability, location, mobilization, expected rates, and references.
- Manage candidate communications and schedule interviews with the Account Manager.
- Maintain an exhaustive candidate database and keep the AI Profiler database current.
- Improve job portals, sourcing processes, reporting systems, and sourcing strategies.
- Assist the Account Manager, COO, and Business Development team with suitable profiles.
- Format resumes to the MPH standard when sourcing officers are overloaded.
- Complete sourcing through AI Profiler and network regularly with candidates to update the database.
- Update and adhere to monthly KPIs supporting Business Development and Operations.
- Assist with direct-hire and contract information forms.
- Prepare and update hot jobs lists, KPI reports, master data, and consultant information.
Employee Profile
- Degree, Master's degree, or diploma; a qualification in Human Resource Management is a plus.
- Minimum three years of recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Data-center recruitment experience is required.
- Ability to understand requirements correctly and work proactively with good time management skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work as a team player.
