Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Adhere to business measures, company guidelines, standard operating procedures, and strategies.
- Provide sourcing specialists with complete job descriptions and terms for requested searches.
- Strengthen client relationships and support continued business from clients.
- Collect client feedback and coordinate service-performance improvements with the Operations Director.
- Coordinate with sourcing specialists to obtain suitable resumes matching client requirements.
- Schedule client interviews and obtain post-interview feedback.
- Finalize commercial proposals and approve contract terms when consultants are mobilized.
- Coordinate mobilization documents and resolve operational issues with Contracts and Logistics, Finance, and Business Development.
- Prepare direct-hire and contract information for Contracts and Logistics, HR, and Finance.
- Negotiate and finalize terms during contract renewals or amendments.
- Prepare performance reports, client visit reports, business projections, and lost or won business analyses.
- Maintain competitor information and update the CRM for lead and operational processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in any discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar industry.
- Oil and gas industry awareness is a plus.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Ability to foster teamwork, energy, and creativity.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- French language skills are required.
