Role Overview
The Client Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
The role combines client relationship management, project coordination, recruitment support, and workforce mobilization.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations.
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with recruitment, mobilization, finance, and other internal teams to deliver client requirements on time.
- Track ongoing projects and consultant assignments for timely updates and contract compliance.
Recruitment and Staffing Support
- Provide client-matched candidate profiles with the recruitment team.
- Prepare and submit CVs, proposals, and contract documentation.
- Monitor candidate selection, onboarding, and mobilization processes.
- Recruit professionals for nuclear and oil and gas clients.
- Manage recruitment processes and support seamless candidate onboarding.
