About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead structural and civil design from concept through construction and project completion
- Manage calculations, drawings, specifications, technical reports, and engineering deliverables
- Provide technical leadership and mentor structural/civil engineering teams
- Coordinate foundations, steel and reinforced concrete structures, roads, drainage, grading, and external infrastructure works
- Work closely with architectural, MEP, BIM, contractors, consultants, and client teams to ensure integrated delivery
- Review shop drawings, material approvals, and technical submissions for compliance with project requirements and international standards
- Lead design reviews, technical workshops, coordination meetings, site inspections, and construction assessments
- Support testing, commissioning, issue resolution, and delivery within agreed quality and programme targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 6–10+ years of structural and civil engineering experience, including leadership on major projects
- Proven data centre project experience is mandatory
- Professional certification (PE, CEng, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, ACI, BS standards, and local authority requirements
- Proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination workflows
- Experience with heavy structural systems, equipment foundations, vibration considerations, and critical infrastructure environments is highly desirable

Salary
- QAR 20,000–35,000 per month
