- Partner with cross functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into technical data solutions

- Mastery of advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP), advanced data filtering, conditional formatting, and Pivot Tables / Pivot Charts
- Strong problem solving skills with ability to see the story behind numbers
- Ability to explain complex technical findings to non technical team members
- Rigorous approach to verifying data accuracy and ensuring consistency across reports

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive, high impact Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders across departments.
- Clean, transform, and model complex datasets using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables).
- Analyze data trends, identify anomalies, and provide clear, data driven recommendations to management.
- Maintain integrity of data sources, ensuring all reports and calculations are highly accurate and auditable.
- Partner with cross functional teams to understand their reporting needs and translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Power BI: Proven hands on experience in building and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards and executive reports.
- Advanced Excel: Mastery of advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP), advanced data filtering, conditional formatting, and building robust Pivot Tables / Pivot Charts.
